Anne Glover

    Anne Glover Wolfe is a British-trained artist who began as a watercolorist. Her major early work was watercolor English village and country scenes. After graduating from a Master Class in stained glass at Ely Cathedral in Cambridgeshire, she also worked for several years on church window commissions. Anne has displayed works in watercolor, linocuts, and acrylics at various galleries and shows throughout Louisiana. Since moving to Texas, she has focused on her love of abstract acrylics on canvas. Her paintings use color, texture, and mark-making to explore the passion of the human journey. She uses abstraction to allude to human emotions and allows the viewer to feel what the symbolism may represent.
